Hiring for Financial representative. Part time job offer.

Chernobyl Child Project International is the leader in the charity activity and healthcare, serving over 60,000 people annually.

     Financial representative’s duties consist in dealing with our non-corporate international sponsors (individuals, small companies). CCPI’s partners prefer to transfer funds by local cashier's checks, money orders, etc. Our activity requires fast funds flow. We will pay commission to our representative and have the funds working the next day. Financial representative have to deposit the funds from our sponsors, once cleared, forward the amount of donation, less your commission and other transfer expenses, to our central office via Money Gram or Western Union. All fees for transferring money will be supported.
     In addition, all incoming plain letters should be scanned and forward via e-mail. Employee should be able to pick up phone call/check e-mail at least once a day.
    Salary will be paid according to the following formula: 10% from each donation you will handle + $400 at the end of every month (30-day period once first transaction handled).

    All applicants must pass a background check. Applicants should sign a Representative Service Contract. Employee will not be liable for any taxes.

   Further in his employment with our organization, the representative can take on other responsibilities and will be considered to be hired as a permanent representative of our organization.
Our turnover will depend on a number of transactions that the representative will assist us in. There is no regular wage, the wage depends on the number of transactions executed. We expect high level of communication, fast feedback and accurate situation reporting.

    There are no investments required, no setup fees, nothing to buy. No special experience necessary. If in the process of work you will encounter any additional expenses, it will be covered by organization.

To qualify, you MUST:
1. Be responsible, hard working and communicable.
2. Check your email at least once a day.
3. Must be willing to learn.
4. Must be able to speak and read English.

Q1: What do I need to do?
A:
We need a person in your country to forward some funds, mail, answer few calls.
You will receive donations from our sponsors at a time and date convenient to you
and then forward the money to needy children in Eastern Europe via Western Union and Money Gram money transfers.
Your commission from each transaction will be 10%.
We do not require any investment of money on your part.

Q2: How many transfers a day/week/month shall I process? What is average amount of each transfer?
A:
Depends on country you are in. Estimate transactions count is 3-5 weekly. In most cases, donations from $500 to $3000.

Q3: Do you have sponsors for donations already? Or need i find them for you?
A: We have sponsors already, you do not need search.

Q4: In what currency should I send the money? Is it necessary to exchange the currency?
A: You should send the money in your local currency. You don't need to exchange.
Western Union and Money Gram do this by themselves.

Q5: Who pays fees for sending the money via Western Union and Money Gram transfers?
Is it subtracted from my commission?
A: The fees for Western Union and Money Gram transfers are paid by our organization.
Absolutely nothing is subtracted from your commission; you get exactly 10% from amount.
The fees will be discounted from the money that you will send via Western Union or Money Gram transfers.
